What is exactly Bond No. 9? Who knows about it?

The creator of the Bond No. 9 parfum-producing powerhouse is debuting an original, first-time-ever Boca scent for Saks Fifth Avenue at Town Center this week.

The fragrance is all the more unusual because the custom-blend Bond No. 9 scents are all tied to New York by theme: Andy Warhol Lexington Avenue, Fire Island, Park Avenue, Hamptons, etc.

“In Boca, there are a lot of New Yorkers,” said Rahmé from her NoHo headquarters.
